Taking as its inspiration
the Roman dining room mosaic 'Asaraton', which is a Greek term
for 'Unswept Floor', this film depicts the changing relationship
of food to social and domestic spaces across different cultures
and contexts.
The short clip above is taken from the 4'38" film which has been awarded
a Bafta Cymru and first prize in the Celtic film festival 2004. It is showing
at Annecy and many other festivals worldwide.
